Holiday Inn Express and Suites Moncton part of DP Murphy Inc is looking for a full time Night Audit / Guest Services Agent to join our award-winning team. BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and processing guest transactions, reconciling front desk records, and ensuring accurate financial records.

- Provide exceptional guest services, including responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Manage the front desk, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and maintaining a clean and organized lobby area.
- Conduct night audits, including reviewing and balancing financial records, and performing routine administrative tasks.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel, including room assignments, guest preferences, and hotel services.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette, answering guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure that all hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Able to work as a team player Highly organized and time efficient Related experience with Front Desk operations an asset High proficiency in operation of computers Able to handle difficult situations, accommodate special requests Professional in appearance and demeanor Excellent communication skills Able to maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends & holidays Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Criminal Background check Required
