Job Specifications and Requirements:
Professional, back shift customer experience Be able to work independently Have proven guest service abilities Have excellent verbal and written communication skills & Strong analytical skills Proficient with computer programs, knowledge of OPERA Systems an asset Able to make decisions which aim to maximize guest service, occupancy, and revenues Organized, self-motivated; demonstrate service initiative Be available to work 'back-shift': 11pm - 7am, including weekends and holidays Completed grade 12 Valid Nova Scotia Driver's License Be willing to be cross-trained in all areas of guest services
