Duties

Perform nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Handle multi-line phone systems to assist guests with reservations and inquiries. Prepare reports detailing daily activities, revenue, and occupancy statistics. Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Experience

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred. Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services is essential. Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and basic computer skills. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are required to provide outstanding customer service. A background in accounting or finance can be advantageous but is not mandatory.
