Night Auditor

Job Description
As a night auditor, you will maximize guest experience from check-in to check-out. You will also be responsible for balancing payments at the end of the day.
Duties:
Greet guests upon arrival Provide exceptional guest service at check in, check out, and during guests' stays Record client information in the internal database and process payments Answer telephones and make reservations Perform light housekeeping duties/cleaning of front desk and lobby, as needed Reconcile accounts Create invoices Data entry
Qualifications/Abilities
In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations; experience with OPERA required Service-oriented with great interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Computer skills Excellent problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
