Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during overnight hours, providing exceptional guest services while managing financial transactions and reporting. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Utilize phone systems effectively to handle incoming calls and assist guests with reservations or inquiries. Prepare daily reports summarizing occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics for management review. Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and ensure proper handling of payments.

Qualifications

Previous experience at the front desk of a hotel is required. Familiarity with Opera Cloud PMS is highly advantageous. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guest needs. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism and courtesy in all interactions. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and reports.
