Thunderbird Motor Inn is committed to excellence and pushing boundaries to exceed customers' expectations! We are looking for Night Auditor to join this fantastic team!

As a Night Auditor, you are responsible for providing our hotel guests with a positive impression. You will help to create an exceptional guest experience that drives guest loyalty. Night auditors are also actively involved in making room reservations, completing late check-in and check-outs, assigning rooms, and when needed to follow up and deal with any noise complaints / guest issues that are received during the audit shift. General cleaning duties to keep the public area clean and organized. Help with laundry and folding.

Responsibilities:

Handling of late arrivals and early departures Answering phone calls professionally Handle noise complaints and other issues in a professional manner while proactively trying to resolve the issue for our guests. General cleaning duties to keep the public area clean and organized Clean up parking lots and motel hallways by removing litter and trash Monitor the status of all the outside facilities and lights. Perform regular room checks to verify occupancy, confirm that items in unoccupied rooms are secure and undamaged Help with unfinished laundries. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be a responsible, organized & detailed oriented individual who can work with minimum supervision and display confidence in dealing with stressful situations. Must be punctual, honest, reliable and dependable. Must be a team orientated individual with good interactive skills Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Professional attitude and appearance. High school graduate, a degree or diploma is an asset. Criminal check is needed.
