Super 8 Calgary is hiring a

full-time Night Auditor

. We're looking for someone with

previous hotel experience

, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently overnight.

Responsibilities:

Check in/out guests and handle reservations/payments Respond to guest calls, requests, and concerns Perform nightly hotel audit and balance accounts Prepare daily revenue reports Ensure lobby/front desk cleanliness Resolve guest issues and ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous hotel/front desk experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle financial transactions accurately Professional, reliable, and guest-focused

Schedule:

Overnight shifts (Full-Time)
