The Crystal Lodge has an exciting full-time opportunity to join our Front Desk team as a Night Audit Supervisor which is a pivotal role for our team and overnight operations.The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within hospitality, however full training will be provided. Experience working within a customer service environment and night-shifts is an asset. Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly with Excel, is required.The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills with an eye for detail along with strong time management skills. The ability to stay motivated while working independently, with a proactive approach to resolve reporting errors and guest inquires, along with strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask is essential.Some of the duties that form part of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Completion of an informative and up-to-date handover of daily requests and tasks with the Front Office team prior to their departure to ensure that you have the required information you need for your overnight tasks.
• Run and balance daily transactions for the day ensuring accuracy of information provided.
• Investigate, correct and advise on any discrepancies found with audited reports to the appropriate members of management.
• Complete walk-in reservations in a timely and proficient manner ensuring that all rates and charges are calculated accordingly.
• Handle any guest inquiries and concerns in a prompt manner both in-person, via email and over the phone.
• Produce reports and paperwork in preparation for the next day\xe2\x80\x99s arrivals.
• Complete paperwork checks ensuring that all guest information on file is up to date and those that have departed are filed appropriately.
• Receive, up-sell and complete any over the phone reservations made throughout the night.
• Assist guests with valet parking.
• Ensure that guests follow all hotel policies and manage any concerns in a professional and calm manner,
