Quality Inn & Suites Amsterdam is looking for a
Night Audit Supervisor
to oversee front desk operations during overnight shifts. This role involvesworking closely with the General Manager
to ensure efficient nightly procedures, maintain guest satisfaction, and support the night audit team.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee night audit operations, including balancing daily transactions and preparing reports. Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries while providing excellent service. Supervise and support the night audit staff, ensuring smooth overnight operations. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally. Maintain hotel security and safety protocols during overnight hours.
What We're Looking For:
Previous front desk, night audit, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
