Title: General Labour Technician
Reports to: Service Manager NHC
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday Job Purpose: The General Labour Technician will assist in installations of Napoleon Manufactured Wood Products. The successful candidate will earn hours toward their WETT Certificate. Once enough hours have been achieved the successful candidate will participate in a one-week course to obtain their WETT Certificate and move to the level of Technician Installer (Wood Products). This position is an entry level position with room for advancement through obtaining more certification and on the job experience. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Assist WETT Technician Installer.

• Proper and safe use of power tools.

• Working at heights.

• Delivering material to job sites.

• Measure and layout reference points for installation.

• Assist as a Labourer to Gas Technicians on basic duties when required.

• Provide world class customer service representing Napoleon.

Education and Experience:

• High School or GED.

• 1 year of related experience or construction experience as a labourer.

• Construction Experience using power tools and working at heights will be preferred

• Understanding of Safe working best practices.

• Able to lift to 100Lbs.

• Understanding of safe ladder raising.
