qualified, high-performing Luxury Automotive Sales Manager

to lead our new vehicle department. This is a rare opportunity to join

About the Role

As New Vehicle Sales Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the sales operation while representing two elite luxury brands. You'll play a key role in scaling our performance, developing the team, and ensuring every customer experience meets the high standards these brands demand.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the new vehicle sales department, including retail, wholesale, purchasing, and inventory. Drive business performance through active, hands-on leadership. Build lasting customer relationships and grow a trusted clientele. Guide customers through luxury buying experiences with transparency and confidence. Motivate, coach, and develop your sales team to exceed performance goals. Set and execute a clear vision for success aligned with our growth strategy. Lead and contribute to weekly sales meetings and planning.

What We're Looking For

Experience managing luxury automotive sales is a major asset. Previous buying/selling experience in

both Canada and the U.S.

Experience with

vehicle exporting

is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong leadership with the ability to multitask and thrive under pressure. A valid Driver's Licence.

Sales experience:

2-5 years (preferred)

Management experience:

2-4 years (preferred) Monday-Friday availability, with flexibility for weekends.
