New Vehicle Delivery Specialist

to ensure every client's vehicle delivery experience is exceptional, memorable, and aligned with our luxury standards.

About the Role

As a Car Delivery Specialist, you are the final step in the ownership journey -- the person who welcomes clients to their new vehicle and ensures they feel confident and excited to drive it. You'll prepare vehicles for delivery, guide clients through key features and technology, answer questions, and deliver an elevated, personalized experience.

What You'll Do

Prepare, stage, and present vehicles for customer delivery

Provide hands-on vehicle technology demonstrations (MBUX, connectivity, safety systems, etc.)

Ensure every vehicle is spotless and delivery-ready

Coordinate documentation and work closely with Sales, Service, and Finance departments

Follow up with clients after delivery to offer support and ensure satisfaction

Maintain a polished, professional, and customer-first attitude

What We're Looking For

A passion for cars and helping people

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence learning and explaining vehicle technology

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Valid Alberta Driver's License with clean abstract

Experience in automotive, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service is an asset--but we will train the right candidate
