We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess excellent negotiation skills, and have a strong background in high-end and B2B sales. This role involves guiding prospective homebuyers through the sales process, building lasting relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive new business. Multilingual abilities, especially bilingual in Spanish, are highly valued to effectively serve diverse clients. The New Home Sales Consultant will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and ensuring a seamless home buying experience.
Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community events and networking opportunities
Conduct personalized tours of model homes and available properties, highlighting features and benefits
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to track leads, follow-ups, and closing activities
Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Support marketing campaigns by providing feedback on customer preferences and market trends
Upsell additional features or upgrades to enhance the value of each sale
Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
Maintain organized records of client interactions, appointments, and sales activities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly via phone or in person
Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on high-end or new home markets
Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing complex deals
Background in dealership experience or similar industries is advantageous
Experience managing a sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
Multilingual skills, particularly bilingual proficiency in Spanish, are preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and presentation abilities
Knowledge of marketing strategies related to real estate or new home sales is a plus
Customer service experience that emphasizes relationship building and client satisfaction
