Position Overview
The
Sales Office Concierge
is the welcoming face of our new home sales offices and model homes. This position is responsible for greeting prospective purchasers, providing general information on Treasure Hill communities, supporting the Sales Representatives, and ensuring that every customer receives a professional and memorable experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and register all visitors to the sales office and model home in a friendly, professional manner.
Collect visitor information and accurately input details into Treasure Hill's CRM system.
Provide prospective buyers with general information on the community, builder, and home offerings, directing them to Sales Representatives for detailed discussions.
Maintain a polished, inviting, and organized sales office and model home environment.
Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing materials, and supporting the Sales team with administrative tasks.
Answer incoming calls, respond to email inquiries, and manage day-to-day office correspondence.
Track visitor traffic and compile daily/weekly reports to monitor sales office activity.
Participate in grand openings, community events, and marketing initiatives to promote Treasure Hill communities.
Uphold Treasure Hill's customer service standards by ensuring every visitor feels valued and welcomed.
Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, or real estate sales support preferred.
Professional, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanour with excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a busy sales environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (training provided).
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of our sales offices.
Passion for creating a positive and memorable customer experience.
Compensation & Schedule
$20 hourly
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 1 pm - 8 pm, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: 11 am - 6 pm
