Responsibilities
Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences in new home purchases.
Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about features, finishes and pricing.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential customers.
Maintain relationships with clients throughout the sales process, ensuring all questions and concerns are addressed promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless transaction processes.
Utilize organizational skills to manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
Stay informed about market trends, and competitive offerings.
Experience
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in real estate.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales successfully.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Administrative experience that demonstrates strong organizational capabilities.

Includes a combination of base salary + commission.
