About Human Resources:
At Rogers, we are constantly changing and evolving in order to be the best, and we need the best and brightest people on our team to ensure we get there. Our Human Resources Business Unit (HR) is responsible for shaping our talent, culture and engagement strategy - they believe our shared success is determined by the strength of our people.

Program Design:

  • 12-month program that includes 2 six-month rotations
  • Permanent and full-time placement after rotational program ends
Possible Areas of Rotation:
  • Recruitment: Working with our expert Talent team, you will dive right in and support the recruitment process from start to finish. You will liaise with candidates and support Hiring Managers select the right talent for the roles. Instilling inclusive hiring practices, you will have exposure to various talent programs and opportunity to share your creative ideas to make the process more enriching for candidates. This fast-paced team is the heart of our success and you will have the front row seats in attracting top talent while creating an engaging and rewarding candidate experience!
  • HR Business Partner: Working with different lines of business across Rogers, the HR Business Partners provide guidance and support in all areas of HR, leveraging the data that drives us forward. You will support a group of HRBP's to provide analysis on a variety of HR metrics (e.g. turnover, compensation, and headcount to name a few) and gain experience as an HR practitioner in the areas of employee relations, compensation, and employment legislation.
  • HR Programs: Covering everything from reporting & analytics, our in-house employee HR support centre, benefit administration to the latest HR cloud technology platforms, this team is deep into data. Focusing on key HR metrics you will analyze current and historical data for trends and participate in HR projects to provide data knowledge and advice to your HR peers. You will level up your Excel skills and gain valuable experience in the latest statistical methods.
Required Qualifications:
  • Entering your final year of your bachelor's degree or other post-secondary program OR have completed your degree between 2021 and 2023 in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent
  • Must have graduated before the end of June 2023
  • A go-getter, eager to learn and open to new experiences!
  • Outstanding analytical and methodical troubleshooting skills
  • High level of attention to detail and a customer-service orientation
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills, with ability to develop strong relationships
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills through demonstrated technical competence with Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word
  • For our Montreal opportunities: bilingual in French and English is required
