Who were looking for:

• Our organization is looking for energetic, highly motivated and driven recent graduates that meet the following requirements:
• Completed an undergraduate degree in business within the last 12 months; Quantitative focus an asset (ex. math, data analytics.)
• Have an interest in financial services and the automotive industry.
• Highly proficient in Excel. Knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence tools (ex. Power BI/Tableau) an asset.
• Team player, flexible, proactive
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
• Leadership, influencing & communication skills
• Innovative thinking and a passion for continuous improvement

What Youll Be Doing:

The TFS New Graduate Development Program is a 2-year rotational program that provides you with a broad level of exposure and experiences to support your long-term career at TFS. It is a unique opportunity to learn, practice and apply the skills required to succeed within the world of automotive finance and get yourself into gear for a successful career at TFS.

The Business Intelligence Stream allows for rotations within the following sample of groups:

Risk Management

• Gain knowledge and experience in TFS pricing, residual value and credit risk exposures along with the drivers that contribute to sound risk management practices.
• Monitor and provide insights through reporting and analysis using SQL and other Intelligence tools

Business Analytics

• Gain knowledge of TFS Data Warehouse design, process and available data
• Apply the business analytical framework to help business users solve problems using data
• Apply technical skills in analytical software or tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau etc.)

Cross Functional Assignment(s)

• Gain experience and exposure to other functional areas of automotive finance such as sales, marketing, business innovation or finance.
