New Construction Labourer
Job Description
Cedar Valley Investments, a family owned and operated business, is looking for a qualified and experienced New Construction Labourer. Our team is responsible for the management of over 500 units in the Fredericton area.
As a labourer, you'll be responsible for completing a wide range of tasks such as new construction site clean up, debris removal, core drilling, caulking, and general garbage removal. We are looking for a hardworking, self-motivated person who will be able to work independently as well as with a team. You must be reliable and physically fit to carry heavy items.
The successful candidate will be provided the proper tools for the role. Candidates with previous experience in physical labour or construction will be given preference. Must have good personal interaction skills and be able to work well under pressure. The role entails but is not limited to the following:
collecting garbage
cleaning debris and garbage from new construction sites
completing various labour tasks

:Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects Experience in a similar position Strong problem solving skills
Working Conditions:
Flexible lunch hours.
