Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools and power tools, as well as the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of plumbing during building projects. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Perform welding tasks as needed for pipe fittings and repairs. Execute carpentry work related to plumbing installations. Adhere to safety standards while performing heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience in plumbing or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of HVAC systems. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment necessary for plumbing work. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations. Experience with carpentry is a plus. Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Pay: $25.71-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
