Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Neurotherapy Technician/Office Manager to join our team. This dual-role position combines quantitative EEG assessments, hands-on neurotherapy treatments and office related tasks. The ideal candidate will be professional, adaptable, and eager to learn, with strong communication skills and a passion for mental health care.
Key Responsibilities:
Neurotherapy Technician Duties:
• Conduct QEEG assessments (training will be provided).
• Assist in administering neurotherapy treatments under supervision (training will be provided).
• Monitor and document client responses during treatment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment space.
Office Administration Duties:
• Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and handling inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments to optimize clinic workflow.
• Process billing, insurance claims, and payments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Assist with clinic operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating administrative tasks.
• Ensure a smooth, professional client experience from intake to treatment
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience in administration, medical reception, or Psychology preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage clinic operations efficiently.
• Experience or training in neurotherapy/QEEG assessments/Neuroscience is an asset (but not required--training will be provided).
• Proficiency in medical billing and office software (or willingness to learn).
• A commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and client-centered care.
