Goblets & Goblins delivers fun, structured Dungeons & Dragons programs tailored for neurodivergent children and teens. Our goal is to create a space where kids can explore friendship, creativity, and teamwork in a way that celebrates their unique strengths. Through storytelling and collaborative play, our Dungeon Masters support youth in building social confidence and self-expression.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate weekly in-person Dungeons & Dragons sessions for groups of neurodivergent youth (ages 10-17)
Create a safe, welcoming, and affirming environment for all players
Gently coach social interaction, teamwork, and communication skills through gameplay
Adapt session pacing and content to meet diverse sensory, attention, and emotional needs
Prepare campaign content using materials provided, with room for creative flair
Model and reinforce group expectations and positive behavior
Communicate with caregivers, program coordinators, or support staff as needed
Submit brief weekly reports and attendance
Required Qualifications:
Strong familiarity with Dungeons & Dragons 5.5e
Experience working with neurodivergent youth or youth with diverse support needs
Creative, adaptable, and patient in a group setting
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Able to maintain professional boundaries and act as a mentor and facilitator
Background in education, child and youth work, social work, drama, or related fields
