We are seeking a Network Support Technician to join the team. This role heavily involves being on the road, therefore the selected candidate must be comfortable with travelling to different sites. Candidates should also be motivated and energetic, with a good aptitude for independent problem solving.

As our connectivity guru, you will be responsible for:

Responding to new work requests for network assistance at different sites across Ontario. Tracking existing work requests until completion. Good Communication skill working with team member and customer Completing networking, cabling (copper and fiber), and cable patching requests. Troubleshooting network connectivity (Network switches, cabling, basic routing). Controlling inventory and housekeeping in the network rooms. Packing, shipping, receiving, transporting, and staging of equipment. Travelling across Ontario with regular working hours of 8:00~17:00. Additional hours at nights and weekends may be required due to project demand or being on call.

Skills & Qualifications REQUIRED:



A valid G license for 3 years (A company service vehicle will be provided)*
Experience/knowledge of daily operation and maintenance of computer and network rooms support services Knowledge of installation of network equipment Knowledge of network equipment and connectivity, LAN/WAN services. Well versed in computer skills and have strong documentation control A clean security clearance, which will be requested after acceptance to this role. The ability to lift equipment up to 50lbs Comfortable with working from ladders and raised floors Basic knowledge of copper and fiber cabling connectivity infrastructure Excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem solve and work independently
