Overview:
Our client in Regina, SK is looking for a Network Support Analyst for an initial 12-month contract to start, reference RFS0198. The role is onsite, and the successful candidate must be currently residing in the Regina area or be willing to relocate to the area for the duration of the contract.

What you will be doing:

This position will contribute to our clients implementation and integration of the next generation SCADA system

Developing technical specifications (e.g. cable schedules, topologies, service diagrams, device configurations)

Implementation guides and MOPs

Operational processes and procedures

System integration and commissioning

What you must have:

Demonstrated experience implementing and operating enterprise data center networks

Demonstrated experience with implementing and operating firewalls.

Demonstrated experience with network troubleshooting and problem resolution

Intermediate to expert knowledge of data center network systems and technologies

????Desired but not required:

Experience working with diverse vendors (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Arista, others)

Experience working with infrastructure management platforms (e.g. Solarwinds, Nagios, Splunk etc.)

Experience with automation technology (e.g. Python, Ansible, Powershell, etc)

Experience implmenting adjectent infrastructure technologies (servers, storage, databases, virtualization, etc)

Cisco Certifications or equivalent (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE)

Certifications in other technology infrastructure pillars are desirable (Server, Storage, Database, Virtualization, Windows, Linux, etc.
