Are you skilled in IT networking and ready for a rewarding role? We are looking for a part-time Network Specialist to support exciting new internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Maintenance: Help maintain our network infrastructure and services for our global enterprise, covering over 100 sites worldwide.
• Cloud Experience: Gain hands-on experience with AWS services like Cloud Formation Templates, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, encryption, and logging. Learn how to move on-site solutions to Amazon\'s AWS cloud.
• Automation: Get involved in automating system setups and contributing to application deployment in cloud networking.
• Troubleshooting: Work with our networking partners to troubleshoot and solve business issues. Keep users informed by updating open tickets.
• Network Applications: Update our internal network applications, ensuring data accuracy for IP Address Management (IPAM) and PRTG monitoring.
• Innovation: Help enhance our network solutions and related processes for LAN, WAN, Wireless, SDWAN, MPLS.
• Tech Expert: Become proficient in internet technologies and network protocols like DNS, HTTP, and load-balancing using ELBs/ALBs.
• Team Player: Be an active member of application teams, participating in agile processes like scrum sessions.
• Mentoring: Share your knowledge and skills as a mentor, helping less experienced team members grow.
• Communication: Ensure clear communication within the team to keep everyone informe

Requirements

• Networking Experience: At least five years in the Networking field.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated: Ready to work independently.
• Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud networking is a plus.
• Networking Skills: Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, and Core networks.
• Tech Know-How: Knowledge of Firewalls, Routers, Layer 2/3 Switches, and VLANs.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot LAN/WAN network and application performance.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Infrastructure as a Code and agile methodologies.
• Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Palo Alto Firewalls, F5, and Infoblox appliances is advantageous.
• Certifications: Cisco CCNP certification and cloud networking certifications are a bonus.
