to join our Integrated Telecom Management Center (ITMC) team. This role provides critical front-line support for network operations, ensuring reliability across data, voice, and telecom systems.
What You'll Do:
Provide 24/7 network monitoring and support in a rotating shift environment.
Troubleshoot and escalate network issues to minimize outage duration.
Manage incidents end-to-end: investigation, triage, alarm correlation, and resolution.
Support planned telecom changes and outages, ensuring service reliability.
Perform impact analysis and document affected services during major incidents.
Assist with telecom projects, testing, and evaluation of new technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
4-6 years of experience in telecom systems and networks (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Ciena).
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN/SDWAN infrastructure and fibre optic systems.
Solid understanding of incident management processes and escalation practices.
Experience with commercial telecom service offerings and tariffs.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
