The RBC Network Integration team, which manages all the network deployments globally, is looking to improve its risk posture and has decided to acquire a Network Change Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of changes to banking and trading network infrastructure.
What will you do?
Planning Network Changes: Develop a structured plan for implementing network changes, including risk assessments and impact analysis to ensure that changes do not negatively affect operations.
Change Approval Process: Establish a formal process for requesting and approving changes. This includes documenting proposed changes and obtaining necessary approvals from stakeholders.
Monitoring and Documentation: Adherence to established deployment procedures, pre and post validations as well as trends in network change patterns.
Peer-review oversight.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
5+ years of hands-on experience in network change management.
Proficient operation network infrastructure experience, including, but not limited to, routing, switching, SDWAN, Wireless and load-balancing.
Process-oriented and attentive to details.
Self-motivated.
Team Player.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have:
Enterprise-level network design and integration.
Exposure to financial industry networking.
Enterprise-level network operations.
