Network Administrator
to manage, optimize, and secure our growing monitoring network.What You'll Do
Configure and maintain
routers, firewalls, and VPN tunnels
-- preferably withMikroTik, Peplink, or Teltonika
platforms. Design, deploy, and maintainwireless network topologies
includingpoint-to-point (PtP)
,point-to-multipoint (PtMP)
, andmesh
links. Optimizewireless performance
, includinglink budgets, channel planning, and interference control
for stable, low-latency video transmission. ManageVideo Management Systems (VMS)
-- such asDW Spectrum, Nx Witness, or Milestone
-- including user permissions, storage paths, and multi-site integrations. ConfigureVLANs, QoS, static IPs
, andbandwidth management
to ensure reliable remote video streams. Implementcybersecurity controls
,endpoint protection
, andredundant WAN connectivity
for maximum uptime. Maintainaccurate network documentation
, diagrams, and device configuration records.Must-Have Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience
in network administration or wireless infrastructure management. Proven background withMikroTik, Peplink, or Teltonika
hardware -- including multi-WAN, bonding, and failover setups. Strong understanding ofwireless link design
,RF fundamentals
, andnetwork topologies
. Experience configuringVMS systems
and managingIP camera networks
. Solid grasp ofVLANs, routing, and secure VPNs
(WireGuard, IPsec, OpenVPN). Working knowledge offirewall rules
,endpoint protection
, andcybersecurity principles
. Exceptional troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills.Bonus Points
Experience with
wireless link management tools
(InControl2, RMS, or UISP). Familiarity withnetwork monitoring platforms
(Zabbix, Prometheus, or Nagios). Scripting or automation skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell). Background inhigh-availability network design
orredundant site architectures

Pay: $54,553.15-$69,547.20 per year
