Netsuite Project Manager

Who you are

As NetSuite Project Manager/Leader you will oversee the entire lifecycle of NetSuite implementation, configuration, or optimization projects, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation support.

Key responsibilities include:

Project Planning & Execution:

Developing comprehensive project plans, project governance, defining project scope, prioritizing requirements, and managing project execution to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

Stakeholder Communication and Leadership -

Leading several medium to large scale Netsuite implementations. Implementing project governance and communication processes such as project status meetings, reporting on progress, managing client expectations, and providing clear, communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Relationships Management:

Developing trust and positive relationships with clients and stakeholders,

Risk & Issue Management:

Identifying project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing risk, action, issue, and decision (RAID) logs.

Quality Assurance & Delivery:

Overseeing the development of project deliverables, implementing quality assurance procedures, and facilitating cut-over and go-live processes.

Strategic Guidance:

Providing expert NetSuite guidance and support to clients, assisting in developing ERP strategies, and advising on optimizing business processes through NetSuite.

Essential Qualifications and Competencies

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce (Accounting, Finance focus) or a related field Asset - NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification
Experience

Three (3) or more years experience in NetSuite Consulting, 2 of which in a senior, Project Management or Implementation lead role Experience leading several successful high value / high stakes full-cycle NetSuite implementations for medium to large businesses.

NetSuite Expertise:

Strong knowledge of the NetSuite platform its functions and benefits to clients

Leadership and Influence

: Proven experience leading large-scale projects making strategic decisions, building client trust and leading teams to achieve successful project outcomes. Ability to lead junior consultants.

Client Communication and Relationship Management

: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, to define needs, resolve challenges, build relationships and manage client expectations

Project Management Skills:

Experience managing complex projects, including resource allocation, scope management, governance and risk mitigation.Highly effective at managing multiple tasks, priorities, and track project metrics, develop effective project governance and manage several implementations simultaneously.

Problem-Solving

: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project challenges promptly and deliver effective solutions. Approaches challenges with a proactive, solution oriented mindset

Financial Acumen:

Strong financial skills for project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Business Development Mindset -

Applies a business development mindset identifying new business opportunities for the organization and seeking new client needs to fulfill.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
