NetSuite Financial Controller
$130,000 - $140,000 Base Salary
Hybrid - Mississauga, Ontario Canada

My client, a leader in the Security & Investigations industry, is looking for a NetSuite Financial Controller to join their high-performing accounting team. In this role, you'll oversee multiple entities, manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, and play a key part in driving the company's continued growth.
Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Lead and optimize financial workflows within NetSuite, leveraging hands-on system expertise to enhance efficiency and automation.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and consolidation across Canadian and U.S. entities.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian GAAP and US GAAP, maintaining strong internal controls and audit readiness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes, strengthen reporting capabilities, and support strategic decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvements within NetSuite, including workflow enhancements, customizations, and best-practice financial processes.
• Serve as a key financial advisor to leadership, providing insights on performance, trends, and opportunities for operational improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
• Prior experience with US GAAP and Canadian GAAP
• CPA is highly preferred
