Your Mission


We are seeking a NetSuite Developer & Analytics Specialist to join our growing team. This entry level role combines NetSuite development with data management and reporting responsibilities, supporting both our ERP operations and our business intelligence initiatives. In this role, you will assist in customizing and optimizing our NetSuite environment while also managing and enhancing our analytics warehouse to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful reporting across the organization.

Responsibilities


General Efficiently document end user issues in our ticketing system. Build rapport with users to extract detailed information about their technical issues. Prioritize and schedule problem resolutions, escalating complex issues where appropriate through the ticketing system. Keep a detailed record of the entire help desk request process, from initial inquiry to successful resolution. Utilize online resources, such as Technical Documentations and knowledge bases, to troubleshoot and solve problems. Identify when to engage 3rd parties and coordinate with them until issues are resolved. NetSuite Development & Support: Assist in developing and maintaining SuiteScripts (1.0 & 2.x), workflows, and customizations. Support end users with NetSuite issues, enhancements, and process improvements. Create and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Assist in testing and deployment of new NetSuite features or integrations. Analytics Warehouse & Reporting: Manage ETL processes to extract data from NetSuite and other sources into the analytics warehouse. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance of the warehouse. Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations using NetSuite or NSAW (Oracle Analytics Cloud) Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements:


1-2 years of experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems (academic or professional). A technical diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Basic experience with SuiteScript (JavaScript), or willingness to learn. Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and ETL concepts. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience with BI tools or reporting platforms is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with a modern Analytics tool (Power BI, Oracle Analytics, Tableau, Qlik etc.) Experience with Database Mgmt,, Design & AQL Exposure to cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). * Understanding of financial or operational business processes.
