As part of an integral team, the Software Development Lead reports to the Director of Development. The incumbent will assume the ownership of the software development for OfferCraft / Touchpoint product line.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

• Develop and grow existing application together with both on site and off shore teams.
• Perform optimization of existing code and provide architectural decisions for future development.
• Communicate closely with company\xe2\x80\x99s clients and business actors.
• Mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft .Net Core stack.
• Proficient in GitHub
• Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills
