Responsibilities

Provide exceptional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to client preferences. Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean environment. Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations for styles and products. Upsell retail products that enhance the client's grooming experience, contributing to overall sales goals. Maintain accurate records of services performed and manage appointments at the front desk. Foster a friendly and professional atmosphere that encourages repeat business and client loyalty. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and grooming products.

Experience

Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred. Strong skills in hair styling, cutting techniques, and grooming services. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling grooming products. Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while providing outstanding service. A valid barbering license as required by state regulations is essential.
