What you will do:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Identify new business opportunities and target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Lead and motivate sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide ongoing training and development for sales staff. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

For this role, come equipped with:

Proven experience in a leadership role. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service-oriented mindset. Proven track record in business development.
