Summary

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our team . This role is vital in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our mission to improve health outcomes through holistic approaches. The position is based in our family-oriented clinic in Greater Toronto Area

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate patient care across various treatment modalities. Assist with assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their health needs. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Support the clinic's mission to promote holistic health and wellness. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience in patient care within a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills. Certification or licensure relevant to healthcare practice is preferred. Experience with pediatric patients is an asset.
