The Role
We are seeking a licensed and compassionate
Naturopathic Doctor
to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic health, possesses strong clinical skills, and is eager to build a long-term practice within a supportive environment. You will have the autonomy to manage your own patient base while benefiting from the cross-referral network and administrative support of our established clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive initial consultations and physical exams to understand patient health history and goals.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using naturopathic modalities (e.g., botanical medicine, acupuncture, clinical nutrition, lifestyle counseling, IV therapy).
Order and interpret standard and functional laboratory tests.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic medical records (EMR).
Educate patients on preventative health measures and empower them to take charge of their well-being.
Collaborate with other practitioners in the clinic to ensure continuity of care.
Participate in marketing initiatives or community workshops to help grow your patient base (if applicable).
Qualifications
Education:
Doctor of Naturopathy degree from an accredited naturopathic medical college.
Skills & Attributes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of an interdisciplinary team.
A commitment to evidence-informed practice.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build a busy practice.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $41,112.22-$136,723.30 per year
