, offering chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, custom orthotics, shockwave therapy, and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
We are seeking a
licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND)
to join our collaborative team and expand our integrative health offerings.
This is a
paid associate position
(split or hybrid model available) with an existing referral network, administrative support, and a welcoming professional environment.
About the Role
As a Naturopathic Doctor at Reform Clinics, you will provide
holistic, evidence-informed care
to help patients achieve long-term wellness through nutrition, lifestyle modification, and natural therapeutics. You will collaborate closely with our physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and acupuncturists to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed patient assessments, including health history, physical examination, and lifestyle analysis.
Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating
clinical nutrition, supplementation, herbal medicine, and lifestyle recommendations
.
Educate patients on proactive strategies to optimize physical and mental well-being.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
co-manage patient cases
for optimal outcomes.
Maintain thorough clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards.
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the
College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO)
.
Strong foundation in physiology, anatomy, and evidence-based natural medicine.
Experience in
women's health, digestive health, or metabolic health
is an asset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative clinical environment.
