We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Naturopathic Doctor to join our growing clinic team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, evidence-informed, and passionate about natural and integrative healthcare. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients using naturopathic principles to support overall health, disease prevention, and wellness. The Naturopathic Doctor will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create individualized treatment plans that address the root causes of illness, including the use of prescribing authority and intravenous (IV) therapies where appropriate.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including health history reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized naturopathic treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
Provide patient care using naturopathic modalities such as clinical nutrition, lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine, supplements, and other approved therapies.
Administer intravenous (IV) therapies and injections, ensuring patient safety, informed consent, and adherence to clinical standards.
Educate patients on health optimization, disease prevention, and self-care strategies.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers and clinic staff to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Stay current with advancements in naturopathic medicine, research, and clinical best practices.
Skills
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Naturopathic Doctor in the applicable jurisdiction.
Prescribing authority and certification in IV therapy and injection techniques.
Strong knowledge of naturopathic principles, clinical nutrition, and integrative healthcare approaches.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills in a busy clinical environment.
