Job Description

We are seeking a

licensed Naturopathic Doctor

(or other regulated health professional) to join our thriving

multi-disciplinary sports and wellness clinic

. With over

10,000 existing patients

,(accumulated in 10 years) a

2,500 sq ft clinic space

, and a diverse team already in place, this is a rare opportunity to take on a leadership role in a high-traffic location.We are especially looking for someone interested in

taking over the treatment side of the clinic (1,200 sq ft)

-- managing the clinical area and growing their own practice within an already-established setting. Ideally, we are seeking someone to

sublease the space

, but we're open to starting on a

commission-based model

for the first few months or even the first year, depending on your preference and fit.This is a perfect setup for a

Naturopathic Doctor

, but we also welcome applications from

RMTs, Acupuncturists, Kinesiologists, Nutritionists, and Clinical Counsellors

Your Role & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and create customized, holistic treatment plans Provide education on natural therapies, lifestyle changes, and preventive care Collaborate with fellow practitioners to ensure integrated patient care Maintain proper documentation and client records Take initiative in managing the treatment area and leading the clinical operations (if subleasing)

What We're Looking For

A licensed

Naturopathic Doctor

(or other regulated health professional) in good standing Passionate about natural medicine, patient care, and collaborative practice Self-motivated and business-minded, ideally looking to grow a long-term practice Interest in

subleasing and managing the clinic area

, with the flexibility to begin with commission-based compensation if preferred Experience or interest in sports medicine, rehab, or family care is a plus Bonus if you have pediatric experience or comfort working with a variety of age groups
