We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Naturopath to join our holistic health team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in natural medicine and a passion for patient care, focusing on promoting wellness through natural therapies. As a Naturopath, you will work closely with patients to assess their health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and lifestyle evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing naturopathic principles, including herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.
Provide ongoing patient care and support, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients on the benefits of naturopathic therapies and preventive health measures.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Stay current with advancements in naturopathic medicine and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid registration to practice as a Naturopath in Ontario.
Experience in pediatrics, digestive and women's health is an asset
Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient care practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
