Are you an RV or Automotive warranty expert ready to take your skills national?

We're looking for a detail-driven, experienced

National Warranty Writer

to join our growing team! If you have a passion for the RV or Automotive industry, know your way around manufacturer guidelines, and enjoy helping service teams stay on track, this might be your next big move.

What You'll Do:

Process and review warranty claims across a national network of dealerships or service centers Ensure compliance with OEM policies and proper documentation Collaborate with technicians, service advisors, and OEM reps Track claim status, handle denials, and prevent chargebacks Stay up-to-date on manufacturer changes and warranty programs Train and support service departments on warranty best practices

What You Bring:

? 3+ years in warranty processing, service writing, or similar roles

? Solid understanding of OEM warranty policies

? Experience with IDS an asset

? Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

? Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
