Regeneron Canada is entering a new chapter in its growth phase with the new opening as a National Sales Manager Dermatology to build and lead the sales team according to company/alliance goals and objectives with the aim of accelerating growth and bringing innovative medicines. As National Sales Manager Dermatology, a typical day might include the following:
Leading and coaching the Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist Team through appropriate leadership. Provide relevant feedback, coaching, training interventions, development planning, and talent management to ensure team success.
Sharing best practice by identifying the most effective methodologies and share these insights with the Sales Specialist team.
Expand Regeneron reputation and relationships with Key HCPs.
Providing input into National, Regional and Local Account plans, ensuring plans are operationalised with clear tactical plans assigned to each team members.
Ensuring sales targets and goals are met through effective management and deployment of resources.
Acting in accordance with the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry's Code of Practice and Regeneron SOP's.
