National Sales Manager

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role reporting directly to the Director of Sales -- ideal for a polished, aggressive go-getter who can manage key retail accounts, open new business, and deliver measurable growth across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with major retail and distribution partners.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while maximizing existing account potential.
Develop and execute sales plans, promotional strategies, and product launches aligned with company objectives.
Lead customer presentations, line reviews, and negotiations with professionalism and confidence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure flawless execution.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5+ years of proven sales success in the CPG or consumer goods industry
-- ideally managing major retail or distributor accounts.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Skilled negotiator with a confident, professional demeanor.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Self-motivated, adaptable, and relentless in pursuing results.
