What is a media sales executive at Squall Successful media sales executives at Squall own their territory. They generate new corporate accounts through CEOs, senior executives, marketing directors and influential business contacts \xe2\x80\x94 by cold calling, prospecting, and networking. They uncover new business opportunities and grow vertically within companies. They sell to business leaders in Canadian industrial sectors that include commercial and residential real estate, sustainable business and expanding into other industries as Squall moves into new sectors. This candidate needs to be energetic, outgoing, proactive, creative and have attention to detail with outstanding selling and networking skills. You will thrive in this role if \xe2\x80\xa6 - You are a seasoned sale professional with a hunter mentality. You are skilled at generating your own leads through cold calling, blitzing, research, networking, and driving your territory. - You are tenacious. Our sale cycle can be on the longer side, so you have to be willing to work an account until the client has a need. - You enjoy building relationships and creating a bond and rapport with clients - You have exemplary time management skills. Media sales executives enjoy a great sense of autonomy. In order to be successful, you must organize and balance your activities appropriately (prospecting, selling, and account management) to create results. - You have a \xe2\x80\x9cyes\xe2\x80\x9d approach to customer service with a commitment to satisfying customers queries and going above and beyond their normal expectations of a sales executive. You must provide that high level of service to existing, future, and past residents and corporate clients. - You hold yourself to high standards.
