Position Summary: Reporting to the National Asset Manager, support Asset Management efforts nationally. Responsible for asset setup, transfers, reporting and administrative activities. Acts as Administrator in support of National Asset Manager. How You’ll Make an Impact Asset Management

  • Coordinate the purchase and transfer of equipment
  • Maintain Capex reporting of expenditures in Capex File
  • Set-up/track new and transferred equipment (EQM, adds specifications)
  • Maintain equipment JDE database
  • Print and coordinate decals for equipment nationally
  • Track, report and pay Sublet invoices
  • Update and Maintain Sublet tracking log for compliance
  • Manage and track the disposal of equipment in a timely manner
  • Maintain Transfer Log of equipment (transfers out)
  • Battery Maintenance Program/Charger Maintenance Program support
  • Create P.O.’s for the purchase of new and used equipment (Renewed and Rentals)
  • Maintain Purchase Tracking log
  • Support on site Sale of Rental Equipment and Short-Term rentals on Rent
Fleet Responsibilities
  • Support asset transfers nationally (branch to branch/department to department)
  • Manage End of Month Rental reports as required
  • Support ad hoc fleet issues nationally
  • Rental Fleet Scheduled Maintenance support
  • Assists to reconcile rentals physical inventory as required
  • Data entry for rentals inventory as required
  • Shipping/Customs/BOL’s Paperwork for purchased assets in/out
  • Support reporting efforts nationally as directed
Support Duties
  • Support, reconcile and communicate customer equipment fleet listings (on rent reporting)
  • Coordinate customer equipment disposal programs
  • Assist with internal/external customer fleet issues and requests
  • Occasional department support in absence of National Asset Manager
  • Assists with support of MDA Asset Administrators
  • Supports implementation of new Asset Management strategies
  • Aids with Project support for the General Manager/National Asset Manager
  • Assists National Asset Manager with weekly/monthly reporting
  • Performs other duties as required

What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • Strong Excell skills comfortable using formulaes, Vlookup and pivot table
  • Strong data entry skills and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong keyboarding skills and speed are required to manage the volume of work.
  • Experience working in an accounting department
  • Strong internal and external communication skills required
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Access is a plus
  • Ability to stay focus on tasks, particularly with competing priorities while meeting multiple deadlines
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
