WINMAR\xc2\xae is the largest and most geographically diverse restoration company in Canada who performs restoration services for residential and commercial properties coast to coast. We offer prompt and professional services to help our customers get back to pre-loss life with the least amount of interruption and associated costs as possible. We specialize in water damage, fire and smoke restoration services, mould inspection and removal, as well as damage restoration and disaster recovery. We also focus on construction, renovation, and demolition services. Position Overview As a member of the Business Development team, WINMAR\xc2\xae is seeking an experienced National Accounts Manager to work collaboratively with both Insurance and Commercial clients. You will be focused on organic growth, retention, maintaining and growing strong relationships with key account client in both sectors. Working alongside both VPs of Insurance and Commercial as well as the related team members to increase sales and profitability while working within a budget. As the National Accounts Manager, you will demonstrate such skillsets as being organized, excellent communicator, analytical, performance driven and results oriented. The ability to use negotiation skills and foster relationships with customers both virtually and client facing is a key aspect of our business ultimately, you will facilitate ongoing communication with clients and build long-term relationships to achieve our strategic business goals including revenue and profitability. While driving the above-mentioned initiatives you will also be a support on regional and national opportunities. Working with internal teams to understand WINMAR\xc2\xae offices capabilities to increase sales opportunities while maximizing revenue. Knowledge of the restoration, insurance and commercial markets is required, and an in-depth understanding of the solutions, capabilities, and services WINMAR\xc2\xae can provide. Role Responsibilities

  • Retention and organic growth with existing and new clients
  • Understand and achieve sales targets
  • Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements are met
  • Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
  • Assistance and possible lead on RFI/RFQ and RFP\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Collect and analyze sales data and trends
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards, KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and Scorecards
  • Liaise with Sales and Marketing team to set and implement strategies for new products, revenue streams, events, activities
  • Stay up to date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales opportunities
  • Attend Trade Shows and Conferences as necessary for the role
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education preferred: degree, diploma and / or certification, in Business Administration and / or relevant field
  • 5 + years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales, Business Development or Account Management preferably in the Insurance, Restoration, Property Management or Construction industries
  • Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, research, and strategic analysis skills
  • Be a driven, enthusiastic, and intuitive team member with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team or independently as required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Above average computer experience within a CRM Software and Microsoft Office platforms (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License and the ability to operate a motor vehicle per WINMAR\xc2\xae\xe2\x80\x99s vehicle policy
  • Local, Regional and National travel may be required (20-35%)

NOTE: Although our Corporate office is located in London, Ontario we are seeking candidates Canada wide. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year Benefits:
