National Account Service Manager

Job Description

The position requires this person to work with all internal departments within the company as well as National TForce Customers and Business Partners. The primary responsibilities for this person are supporting reporting needs for the company, launch project coordination and National customer operations support with all our Canadian medical customers. They will be an integral part of problem solving and service solution and overall customer experience. Communicate and work successfully with a diverse range of client roles and personalities, including senior management, operational managers, and front-line storefront, branch and shipping personnel.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES



Creates, maintains, and distributes key reports and scorecards for assigned National Medical Customers, Business Partners and internal departments.

Assist new account set up and maintenance of account settings in the TForce system.

Works with IT to ensure business rules and system settings are compliant with system integration requirements and that customers contracts are set up to align with TForce system.

Assist Customers with billing and invoicing when required

Possess a strong focus on bottom line results and profitability at the account level and company level.

Creates training materials, SOP, templates etc. as necessary

Produce training materials and provide training to assigned Medical Client users on the TForce system if necessary

May be involved with providing ad hoc training on the TForce system to internal and external users.

Multi-task and demonstrate flexibility to improve processes and techniques in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to provide customer operations support to Medical TForce Customers and Business Partners.

Assist with project-managed customer initiatives and create project plans, providing scheduling, resource allocation and oversight to ensure successful project completion.

Ensure all processes and procedures for the implementation are being followed through the launch and post launch periods.

Utilize performance data to proactively and successfully influence customer perceptions and decisions through the launch period.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS



Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS



1-2-years' experience of operations in a service based organization, ideally with a logistics / supply chain focus
