NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER, CONSUMER RETAIL

We are looking for a team player with strong business acumen, innovative ideas, excellent communication skills, and a drive to win.

What Will You Do

• Leverage strong retail industry expertise, bringing energized and engaged leadership to a multi- functional team
• Lead the development of strategic joint business plans with your customer (setting objectives, plans, score-carding results, and delivering quick resolution to opportunities and issues) to deliver against sales & profit targets
• Provide expertise on Masco, industry, and consumer trends that drive data insights to action
• Manage budgets, forecasts, analytical tools, and promotional planning for your customer
• Contribute to overall strategic planning and delivery of retail sales team objectives

What You Will Bring.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/College diploma in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of National Account Management in Retail, ideally within the Home Improvement sector
• Fully Bilingual (French/English) - preferable
• Experience in e-commerce and omni-channel strategy
• Exceptional customer-centricity and relationship-building skills
• Solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel between Masco Canada locations, customers, and sister companies, as required
• Strong track record of delivering break-through results
• Best in class analytical and forecasting ability
• Strong Strategic Agility, Problem-solving, Communication, Presentation skills, and Customer Focus
• An interest in career progression with Masco Canada and/or Masco Corporation
