Job Description

As a National Account Coordinator, you will support the National Account Managers within the Retail / Redistribution division, focusing on national retail, dealer, and buying group customers. You will play a critical role in coordinating order flow, pricing, reporting, and customer-facing documentation while acting as a central point of communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. This is a national coordination and sales operations role, not a quota-carrying sales position. You will support account execution, analytics, and presentation development to ensure national programs run accurately and efficiently. This position offers a competitive base salary with bonus along with other perks.

  • Base Salary: $65,000 - $80,000
  • Profit-sharing bonus paid semi-annually (company performance-based)

THE LOCATION
  • Office Location: Vaughan, ON
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
THE PRODUCT / SERVICE / SOLUTION
This role primarily supports business paper and printing paper programs for national retail and redistribution customers, including:
  • Business & commercial printing papers
  • Retail redistribution paper programs
  • Dealer and buying group paper offerings
  • National pricing programs and contracts
TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES
  • Provide coordination and execution support to National Account Managers across retail and redistribution accounts
  • Process and review customer orders (primarily via EDI), ensuring pricing, product alignment, and accuracy
  • Manage backorders, transfers, inventory forecasts, and order-related reporting
  • Support pricing updates, quotes, and costing analysis for national accounts
  • Maintain and update CRM records including opportunities, quotes, and customer contacts
  • Prepare sales reports, customer analytics, and dashboards to support account reviews
  • Build and update PowerPoint presentations for monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Assist with RFPs, tenders, and contract documentation using Microsoft Word
  • Coordinate internally with purchasing, inventory, and branch teams to support service levels
  • Liaise with mills or suppliers for pricing prep work (final decisions handled by management)
  • Participate in customer meetings via Teams and occasional in-person sessions
  • Support national pricing tools and internal sales resources
  • Assist with coordination of industry events and customer-facing initiatives as required

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, account support, operations, or a related administrative role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint (building presentations)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, particularly for proposals and documentation
  • Experience using CRM or order management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Industry experience in paper, print, or packaging is an asset but not required
TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Excel - Advanced
  • PowerPoint - Advanced
  • CRM / ERP systems - Intermediate
(Exposure to inventory, pricing, or order management systems is an asset)
