Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, and possess strong skills in caregiving, meal preparation, and teaching. This role requires a proactive individual who can engage children in fun and educational activities while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Duties

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, educational games, and outings. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks while accommodating any dietary restrictions or preferences. Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after meals and playtime. Assist with homework and provide tutoring support as needed to promote learning. Provide care for children with disabilities, ensuring their specific needs are met with patience and understanding. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's activities, behaviors, and any concerns that may arise. Foster a positive relationship with children to encourage trust and emotional development.

Experience

Previous experience as a babysitter or nanny is preferred, demonstrating a strong background in childcare. Skills in cooking and meal preparation are essential for providing balanced nutrition for children. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued. Strong cleaning skills to maintain a safe and tidy environment for the children. A passion for teaching and engaging children in educational activities is crucial for their development. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both children and parents. Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
