We are seeking a nurturing, experienced, and responsible in-home nanny to provide attentive and high-quality care for our baby 3 months old in a safe and loving home environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development, reliable, and able to create a warm, engaging space for our baby to grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and loving care throughout the day
Prepare and feed bottles and/or solid foods based on developmental stage
Change diapers, maintain baby's hygiene, and monitor for signs of discomfort or illness
Engage baby in age-appropriate play, tummy time, and developmental activities
Ensure baby follows a consistent nap and feeding schedule
Keep daily logs of feeding, sleeping, and diaper changes
Perform light household tasks related to the baby (e.g., washing bottles, baby laundry, tidying play areas)
Communicate regularly with parents regarding baby's needs and daily activities.
Qualifications
:
Minimum 2 years of experience caring for infants (in a nanny, daycare, or similar setting)
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain prior to start date)
Strong understanding of infant milestones and safety practices
Non-smoker
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Background check and references required
Preferred Qualifications:
Early childhood education coursework or certifications
Experience with sleep training and/or establishing routines
Willingness to assist with light meal prep or errands
